ABA Behavior Technician – Work with Kids & Make a Difference!
Location: Alma, MI
Part-Time | Competitive Pay | Paid Training Provided
Do you enjoy working with children and want a meaningful job where you can grow? We’re looking for caring and motivated individuals to join our team as ABA Behavior Technicians supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
No experience needed! We provide paid, hands-on training and ongoing support.
What You’ll Do
- As an ABA Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with children while being supported by experienced professionals.
- Provide fun, engaging ABA therapy sessions
- Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA/BCaBA
- Help track progress and complete simple documentation
- Communicate with team members and supervisors
- Attend staff meetings and trainings
- Transport clients when required
What We’re Looking For
- A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and car insurance
- Strong communication skills
- Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- CPR, First Aid, and QBS certifications (we provide the training!)
- Evening availability (2pm-7pm) and Saturdays (9am-2pm)
