This is a full-time, on-site position located in Baltimore, MD, for a Database and Gift Processing Coordinator. Responsibilities include overseeing gift processing and donation records, ensuring accurate database management, generating accurate records and donor acknowledgment letters, and supporting fundraising efforts through data management. The Coordinator will regularly maintain and update donor records, produce reports to support fundraising initiatives, and ensure compliance with data integrity standards.
- Proficiency with database management systems, data entry, and reporting functions.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in gift processing, donor acknowledgment, and managing fundraising records.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Prior experience in non-profit development or philanthropy is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related field is preferred.
