- Hours: Hybrid schedule - Mon & Fri Remote - Tue/Wed/Thur in office 8am-4:30pm (37.5Hr. work week)

How you'll make an impact
- Concentrated on providing support to business operations document/transaction content management.
- Provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry or similar activities.
- May perform processing tasks in one or more of the following areas: policy checking, check processing, policy cancellations, etc.
- Duties may include: Data entry and data transfer processing; Preparing source data by compiling and organizing; Routine reporting on processing activities; Coding documents; Audit processing; Maintaining specialized and comprehensive records and filing; Working in multiple software platforms; Identifying and resolving errors or issues of concern; Researching and gathering data, etc.
- Additional responsibilities include handling various meetings, note taking, SOP creation/management and event coordination.
- Executes on standard methodologies and processes, using existing systems and shared services to work as effectively and efficiently as possible.
- Adheres to productivity and process standards, such as data and document requirements, timelines, tool and resource usage, etc.
- Staff at this level work under direct supervision within a specific area and generally perform only moderately complex processing work, with little discretion or decision-making capability.
- Performs standard tasks using established and routine methods, principles, concepts and procedures typically on assignments of low complexity.
About You
Required: High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of related experience. Strong typing and basic computer skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic math skills.
Preferred: Previous insurance experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous customer service experience desirable.
