Special Float Pool Pay Differentials:
$5.00/hr for RNs without ICU experience
$7.50/hr for RNs with ICU experience
Shift Differentials (Evening/Night)
Weekend Option Differential - $20/hr RN
Student Loan Forgiveness - Up to $20,000 for new grad nurses
Tuition Reimbursement - Up to $2,000 per year
Base Hourly Rate All Applicable Differentials

You'll develop top-notch clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills while working alongside compassionate, dedicated professionals.
Float Pool RNs rotate across the following units:
Emergency Department
ICU
Cardiac Telemetry
Medical-Surgical - (Adults)
- Medical-Surgical - (Adults & Peds)
Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program
Licensure: Active RN license in Missouri or compact license (must meet state board requirements)
Experience: 1 year RN experience preferred
Certifications:
BLS (Basic Life Support) - Required within 30 days of hire
Depending on assignment, may also require:
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
Physical Requirements:
Able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting throughout shifts
