Job Overview
A Project Manager schedules projects with clients and third-party service providers, handles detailed documentation, gathers necessary resources, and communicates progress to team members and clients. They are responsible for ensuring projects are completed within the time, quality, and budget constraints.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Scheduling and managing routine meetings and recording decisions (e.g., next steps, assigned tasks, etc.)
- Creating and updating projects within NetSuite
- Acting as the point of contact for both internal and external project participants
- Coordinating resources on various projects
- Tracking expenses and predicting future costs
- Preparing and providing documentation to key stakeholders and internal teams
- Ordering materials & tracking resources (e.g., inventory and rental equipment)
Requirements
- 10 years of prior experience deploying low voltage infrastructure as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or a similar role.
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus
- Experience in retail, QSR, or hospitality verticals is a plus.
- Experience creating technical documentation, flowcharts, and schedules
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Acute problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
- Strong use of MS Office products and other software
- Travel up to 25%
