, SkillBridge is an unpaid internship program for active military service members with less than 180 days left of active service. No salary will be paid for this opportunity by Mercury Systems.,

• the role and related responsibilities;
• prior work experience;
• education, training, skills and certifications;
• internal equity with others employed by Mercury in similar roles;
• geographic location; and
