Job Summary:
Qualified candidate will perform a wide variety of assembly operations on various sizes and types of printed circuit boards and modules. Candidates will determine and/or follow methods and sequence of operations while also making setups, adjustments and certifications of assembly equipment as required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide inputs to Production documentation Assembling, modifying, reworking assemblies according to specifications and routers.
- Prepares assembly work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, schematics and blueprint specifications.
- Must continuously meet/exceed production schedules and deadlines according to quality standards.
- Maintain logs and paperwork and forms accurately consistent with company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
- Typically requires 3 years of work experience, preferable in a manufacturing organization.
- Experience soldering, or complex mechanical assembly.
- Experience managing multiple tasks and work in a high-paced environment.
- Experience reading detailed assembly drawings.
- Experience with industry standard ESD practices.
- Experience with Microsoft office/ computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified to solder per IPC-J-STD, CLASS III
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Enthusiastic, cooperative and positive team-oriented behavior
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Problem solving skills
