With a reputation for precision engineering and customer-focused solutions, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join the team and drive growth in these sectors. What you will do: Client Acquisition & Sales Growth: Identify and engage with key decision-makers in refineries and MRO sectors to expand the customer base.Market Development: Research market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to penetrate new markets within the sealing and gasket industry.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to address their needs with tailored solutions.Sales Strategy Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective sales strategies that align with business objectives.Product Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of seals and gaskets to provide technical advice and solutions to clients.Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast revenue growth opportunities. What you will have:Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role within the seals, and gaskets.Demonstrated success in selling to refineries and MRO decision-makers.Strong understanding of sealing products' applications in demanding industries such as oil & gas or petrochemicals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office tools.
