Human Resources Generalist
We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team and play a key role in supporting our employees and strengthening our workplace culture. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our people operations—supporting recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and engagement initiatives that help our team succeed.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day HR functions, including:
- Partnering with managers to recruit, interview, and hire top talent
- Processing payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Conducting background checks and employment verifications
- Supporting onboarding and employee recognition programs
- Administering HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, performance management, and training
- Serving as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR and payroll-related questions
- Supporting employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary processes
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies
- Staying current on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory updates
- Supporting initiatives that enhance engagement, morale, and workplace culture
- Performing additional HR-related duties as needed

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 1 year of HR experience
