Merchant Row just launched our Wilmington office and we are hiring one Sales and Marketing Assistant to help build this location from day one. This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new launch backed by a company that tripled in size this quarter and is on track to operate in ten markets by the end of Q1.

This is a face-to-face B2B role representing T-Mobile, meeting business owners directly and learning the fundamentals of corporate sales, marketing strategy and client acquisition.

You will be trained personally by the directors leading our regional expansion and will play a key role in shaping the culture and trajectory of the new Wilmington office.

What You Will Do

• Market T-Mobile's brand face-to-face with local businesses across Wilmington

• Support client acquisition by educating decision makers and presenting tailored solutions

• Learn B2B marketing, communication, sales strategy and account development

• Work closely with leadership as we establish and scale Wilmington

• Take ownership of your performance and contribute to the development of a new market
