Job Title: Customer Success Specialist
Location: 36-36 33rd St #206, Long Island City, NY 11106
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Mon to Fri from 9:00am to 6:00pm
Hourly pay rate: $25 to $29 per hour for a full-time position at 40 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday–Friday (9 AM–6 PM or 10 AM–7 PM) Rotating Saturdays (10 AM–4 PM, one Saturday every 2 months)
We’re seeking a Customer Success Specialist. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality assistance to our merchants, partners, and resellers, helping resolve inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volume of inbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide support for merchant inquiries related to transactions, batch processing, daily deposits, ACH, month-end statements, and general account questions.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Technical Support, Risk, and Underwriting.
- Process customer applications, generate invoices, and monitor equipment inventory.
- Educate merchants on available products and services.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in banking or financial services.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Strong phone and email communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to deliver outstanding customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent required (e.g., GED).
