Job Summary
Inside Sales Rep will be contacting business owners to offer them solutions to help their business with accepting payments from their storefront, online, via remote mobile solutions or sending payment links/invoices.
Closing and helping businesses set up payment processing accounts with Merchant Cash Back via phone, email or face to face.

There is no cap to the amount of income you can generate in this position and advancement opportunities available.
- Calls anticipate to be approximately 50% leads and 50% cold calling
- B2B or phone sales experience preferred but not necessary
Duties
- Engage with potential and existing clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing to promote our products and services
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations to identify customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, marketing campaigns, and networking
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks within CRM systems
Qualifications
- B2B or phone sales experience preferred but not necessary
- Bilingual is a plus
- Networking experience a plus
Pay: $20.00 - $65.00 per hour
