Account Manager - US Merchandise
Reports to:
Vice President, Global Sales (UK)
Role Purpose
As an Account Manager at Brand Revolution, you will be responsible for managing and growing merchandise accounts within our diverse client portfolio, which includes some of the world’s most influential brands. You will act as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients, delivering exceptional service and merchandise solutions that align with their strategic objectives. This role requires strong internal and external stakeholder management, ensuring seamless delivery across global teams and supplier networks. In addition to account growth, you will support Brand Revolution’s commercial strategy by driving new business development and identifying opportunities to expand our reach in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management
Act as the lead contact for a portfolio of the company’s largest and most strategically important clients.
Build deep, consultative relationships with senior decision-makers to ensure long-term partnership success.
Understand clients’ marketing, engagement, and brand objectives, and shape merchandise strategies that deliver measurable results.
Client Growth & New Business Development
Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, and generating repeat business.
Leverage your network and market insight to develop new business from both existing clients and prospective accounts.
Present innovative, creative proposals that align with client goals and brand positioning.
Program Delivery Excellence
Deliver best-in-class customer experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Brand Revolution’s commitment to quality and innovation.
Coordinate with internal teams, including our in-house Creative Studio, Client Services, and Procurement, to deliver seamless execution from concept through to delivery.
Leverage supplier relationships to ensure product quality, competitive pricing, and ethical sourcing.
Work closely with EMEA teams on shared accounts, global sourcing and product alignment.
Achieve and exceed sales targets as agreed with the VP Global Sales.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for your client portfolio.
Represent the business at client meetings, industry events, and international presentations.
Global Collaboration & Travel
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple regions to deliver integrated global merchandise solutions.
Collaborate with colleagues in UK time zones in morning hours
International travel may be required for client presentations, strategic planning sessions, and program launches.
Person Specification & Core Competencies
Essential Experience & Skills
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the promotional merchandise industry.
Proven success in managing and growing high-value, complex accounts.
Ability to work from our Cedar Park HQ a minimum of 3x per week
Creative thinker with the ability to translate brand strategy into tangible merchandise solutions.
World-class communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence at a senior level.
Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management skills.
Strong Commercial acumen with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Attributes
Proficient in Google Workspace, HubSpot CRM, and other digital collaboration tools.
Experience working with global clients and multi-market programs.
Strong presentation and pitching skills.
Commitment to ethical sourcing, sustainability, and innovation.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, speak, and hear with aid, see, read, reach with arms and hands, and use a computer, and telephone.
- Work from our Cedar Park office 3x per week
- This position requires continuous viewing of a computer screen and sitting for long periods of time.
- Must have reliable transportation for traveling to/from remote working locations.
- Must have a suitable remote office work environment.
- Ability to push/pull/lift to 25 pounds.
