Position Overview
This Clinical Assistant should be able to work collaboratively with others and stay calm under pressure.
Responsibilities Of The Clinical Assistant
Maintain medical patient information and ensure confidentiality
Interact with patients, conducting screening phone calls and communicating effectively
Provide excellent service when checking patients in and out
Maintain medical inventory and make sure medical materials are stocked
Ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications For The Clinical Assistant
1 years of experience in a medical office is preferred
EMR systems is preferred
Clerical and Administrative office experience Customer focus
Strong MS office/ tech savvy
Professionalism
Detail-oriented
Excellent communication
Education Requirements
Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred
