In this role, you will:Core ResponsibilitiesProvide ongoing service to existing clients—policy updates, payments, documentation, and general support.Support prospective clients and our sales team by gathering information, preparing proposals, and understanding client needs.Coordinate and prepare for appointments, client calls, and policy reviews.Maintain clear, detailed documentation of client interactions and follow-ups.Secondary ResponsibilitiesAssist with social media content, agency newsletters, event materials, and display setup.Support client outreach efforts such as birthday cards, holiday mailings, and other relationship-building initiatives.
