These are just a few of the attributes we are seeking in our Loaner Vehicle Representative.

Daily Responsibilities Will Include

  • Monitoring availability of Loaner Fleet
  • Issuing loaner vehicles to Service customers
  • Walking around vehicle with customer to inspect for damage when vehicle is checked out and returned
  • Documenting all information pertaining to the transaction
  • Following up on exception vehicles
  • Ensuring all vehicles are clean an in proper working order

This Is a Value Added Service Our Clients Have Come To Appreciate Along With Our Exceptional Customer Service. We Are Seeking a Candidate That Will Uphold These Standards. Additionally, We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service, preferable in a similar role
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Data entry and computer knowledge
  • Availability to work Monday - Friday with rotating Saturday
