Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Technician for a full-time, on-site role located at our New Rochelle, NY location. The Automotive Service Technician will perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles, ensuring a high standard of quality and efficiency. You will inspect, identify, and resolve technical issues, communicate effectively with other team members, and maintain documentation of each service. Upholding safety standards and providing exceptional service to our clients are key priorities in this role, contributing to the premium customer experience Mercedes-Benz is known for.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair techniques
- Ability to perform routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake servicing
- Strong understanding of vehicle electrical and mechanical systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with a customer-focused mindset
- Experience or familiarity with Mercedes-Benz vehicles and technologies is an advantage
