Key Responsibilities – Greeter:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership
- Assist with service checkâ€'ins and direct guests to sales or service staff
- Answer basic questions and provide general dealership information
- Help ensure every visitor receives the exceptional experience expected from a Mercedesâ€'Benz dealership
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
- Support administrative tasks such as phone calls, appointment confirmations, and guest logs
- Communicate effectively with service advisors, sales consultants, and management
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or frontâ€'desk experience preferred- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with customers
- Ability to multitask in a fastâ€'paced environment
- Basic computer and phone system proficiency
- Reliable, punctual, and teamâ€'oriented
