What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Taking showroom walk in clients and working the deal from start to finish
- Working Internet leads from start to finish
- Work phone leads
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with customers to understand their needs and match them with the perfect vehicle.
- Schedule and manage daily appointments through contacts, our CRM database, and equity mining software.
- Contribute to your success by setting and exceeding goals for calls, emails, and overall vehicle sales.
- Become an expert in utilizing our CRM software to manage leads and develop lasting customer relationships.
- Assist clients before, during, and after the sale.
- Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience is required.
- Energetic, motivated, and adaptable individuals who are passionate about learning and growing in their careers.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to ensure every client leaves satisfied.
