This position requires a proactive mindset and aptitude, technical background, and business analysis skills to develop/support application(s) within the organization domains.

Flexibility, agility and ability to adapt to a variety of responsibilities and settings are crucial to succeed in this position. This position requires supporting processes and documentation relevant to maintenance of the domain applications. The responsibility would also include defining guidelines and recommendations based on leading industry practices tailored to our application development needs.IT experience in analysis, design, development, deployment and integrating solutions for building medium to large-scale enterprise systems is required including designing, developing and integrating solutions on Cloud platforms.

• Lead and plan the creation and implementation of integrated environments for our internal and external customers. Provide the latest products and optimized services via our applications and web portals leading to an optimized customer experience and journey. Leverage expertise to identify and coordinate initiatives which will enhance and strengthen our application development capabilities leading to more robust, scalable and secure applications. (10%)
• Define and disseminate new concepts and best practices guiding the team, assuring standardization of development and code quality. Technical Delivery Management, take the ownership of SLA and KPI's adherence and monitoring. Foster innovation culture within the team. Collaborate and interact with DFS colleagues in other regions for building scalable solutions. (10%)
• As a systems and application developer, understand the functional aspects, business processes, interfaces, screens, mock-ups, business flow and data of dependent systems. Strong understanding of how to structure code, patterns, development design, data structures, and development utilizing Cloud platforms, technologies and tools. (30%)
• Develop and Implement System Changes; Work with business partners to develop system requirements; Develop program changes; Develop use and associated test cases; Execute test plans; Implement system changes. (30%)
• Plan/Communicate: Assist as necessary in developing project plans and schedules; Track progress to plans; Communicate status, issues and risks to stakeholders on a timely basis. Develop strong and productive relationships with business partners, colleagues and management. (10%)
• Comply with departmental standards: Ensure that all tasks are performed in accordance with ITM standards; Perform Production Support; Promptly address customer issues/tickets; Address system issues by performing root cause analysis and eliminating repeat problems. (10%)

- 5 years technical experience in system analysis, design, development, implementation and integrating solutions

- Strong skills and experience in building frameworks.  Understand core functional aspects, business processes, interfaces, screens, mock-ups, business flow and data of dependent systems.

- Strong understanding of structuring code, patterns, development, design, data structures and code deployment.

- Experience on responsive applications / web interfaces design, development and UI/UX standards.

- Experience in JSON, XML, HTTPs and relevant protocols, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML5 and relevant tools/frameworks, Java and DB2 database technologies. Familiarity with Restful APIs.

- Knowledge and some experience on Cloud platforms and tools for development, CI/CD deployments, integration, monitoring and observability is strongly desired and preferred.

- Strong experience in analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting, performance tuning and conducting root cause analysis.

- Good understanding and knowledge about web protocols and security aspects including cybersecurity.

- Experience and knowledge about Agile, Scrum and Kanban concepts 

- Strong communication skills that can adapt to any audience.

- Ability to communicate and clarify actions, objectives and goals. Rely on extensive experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

- Client interaction skills; Ability to work with business partners to develop system requirements, develop program changes and implement system changes.

- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery.

- Simultaneously performs a variety of complex tasks.

- Exceptional analytical aptitude and attention to detail as well as good organization and problem solving skills.
