Pool Attendent

Job Summary

Duties

• Monitor pool area continuously to ensure guest safety and enforce pool rules
• Conduct routine inspections of pool equipment and surrounding facilities, reporting any repairs needed
• Assist guests with questions, provide information about pool hours and amenities, and ensure a positive guest experience
• Respond promptly to emergencies
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, lounge chairs, restrooms through thorough cleaning and sanitation
• Heavy lifting of supplies such as cleaning equipment or pool chemicals to support ongoing maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Prior experience in pool maintenance or facility cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to swim confidently in various water conditions
• Strong attention to detail for water quality testing and safety inspections
• Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, perform heavy lifting, and perform routine cleaning tasks
• Knowledge of basic pool chemistry and maintenance procedures is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
