We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Client Service/Maintenance Representative to join our team! Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding maintenance requests, service, and support.
- Act as a liaison between the residents and Mercantile Property Management.
- Schedule routine inspections and preventative maintenance at the direction of Property Managers.
- Troubleshoot phone calls regarding work orders and other time-sensitive issues.
- Utilize VMS software to document work orders, track maintenance history, and draft correspondence to assigned properties.
- Obtain estimates and proposals from vendors at the request of the PM.
- Keep property information updated.
- Keep an accurate inventory of keys and materials.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to handle clients with care during stressful times.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
