An established commercial real estate investment and advisory platform is seeking a VP or Director level fundraising professional to help lead the next phase of growth. You will launch their first official fundraise alongside the senior leadership team.
They currently have a portfolio spanning industrial, office, retail, multifamily and more across, mainly across Boston and Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fundraising efforts across private wealth, family office, and institutional investor channels
- Help expand and professionalize the firm’s capital formation strategy
- Work directly with senior leadership on fund positioning and investor engagement
- Play a key role in scaling a differentiated real estate platform nationally
Candidate Profile:
- Proven track records of raising capital within real estate
- Existing relationships across RIAs, family offices, HNWIs, or institutional allocators
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate investment strategies
