Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume hiring for direct care roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offers
- Handle large applicant pipelines while maintaining accurate ATS data
- Proactively build talent pipelines using ATS, job boards, referrals, agencies, LinkedIn, and more
- Own requisitions and meet recruiting performance goals
- Deliver a strong, consistent candidate experience
- Streamline processes to improve hiring efficiency and speed
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to manage high-volume applicant flow and move candidates quickly through the process
- Experience handling multiple requisitions while maintaining ATS accuracy
- Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines
Salary: $65-$68k, depending on experience

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Candidates in consideration for this remote opportunity will be New Jersey or Delaware only.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or Highschool Diploma and 2 years of equivalent work experience required
- Minimum 1-2 years of talent acquisition functional experience
- High-volume, fast paced recruiting experience preferred
- Experience in health care recruiting is an asset
- Communication and candidate experience skills are a necessity
- Travel required up to 25%
Salary : $65,000 - $68,000
