The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- High School Degree/GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or related human service field preferred.
- Must have an active Certified Peer Specialist certification in PA.
- Cannot accepted a Certified Recovery Specialist certification.
- Minimum two (2) years of paid or unpaid work experience with behavioral health/mental health clients or residential services required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- All clearances required by OMHSAS.

Position Details
The Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) position provides peer support and services as a consumer advocate and support. The CPS performs a wide range of tasks to support consumers in identifying their goals and directing their own recovery and wellness process. The CPS will model competency in recovery and wellness.
