We are seeking an Assistant Apartment Manager to join our team in our Crafton, PA location.
Earn $19.95/hr
first shift- every other weekend. 6:00 am-2:30 pm
Our ideal Assistant Apartment Manager candidate will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on their individuals lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals. Interacting and supports the individual in a variety of potential settings, including community, family or individual homes and generic community settings, as well as Adult Training Facilities (ATF). Providing personal care, instruction, guidance, mentoring, companionship, and support, often across a 24-hour period, according to the individual's Person-Centered Plan/Individual Support Plan (ISP). Provides age-appropriate, on-going interactions with individuals during structured and unstructured activities that are directed towards their identified needs.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of one year's experience in working with the developmentally disabled and/or any combination of education, experience or training deemed appropriate.
