Local cleaning firm is hiring experienced cleaning professionals to perform deep cleaning and move-out turnovers for vacant residential units. This role focuses on restoring apartments, condos, and homes to a clean, move-in-ready condition.
Due to the detailed nature of this work, candidates with prior experience in deep cleaning or unit turnovers are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, and surfaces
- Clean baseboards, windows, fixtures, and hard-to-reach areas
- Remove buildup, residue, and signs of prior occupancy
- Complete cleaning checklists for each unit
- Take before-and-after photos for quality documentation
- Deliver consistent, high-quality results with minimal oversight
