Earn 19.50/hour
Shift - Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm
Our Assistant Administrators supports the facility Administrator in the operations of the day program.
Job Description
- Stands in for facility Administrator during absence.
- Provides on-the-job training and supervision to all support staff
- Assist in the annual development and implementation of facility budget.
- Assist in the interviewing and hiring of new employees.
- Develop Individual Service Plans with the assistance of the Inter-Disciplinary Team.
- Provide Instructors with on-going in-service trainings.
- Organize and chair meetings with client's and their representatives semi-annually or as needed.
- Possess crisis management skills.
- Possess problem solving capabilities.
- Conduct themselves in a personable and professional manner.
- Performs related tasks as necessary
