- $19–$22 per hour depending on experience — with performance-based raises as you grow with us

What You Will Be Doing
You will support our Mortgage Loan Originators and help keep loan files moving smoothly from application to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to emails professionally
- Maintaining and processing loan files in Loan Origination Software
- Ordering appraisals, preliminary title reports, and title searches
- Collecting and reviewing required loan documentation
- Preparing and packaging loan files for lender submission
- Communicating with clients, lenders, escrow, and title companies
- Helping coordinate on-time loan closings
