What Youll Do
Build the Future: Assemble frames, bushings, and sub-assemblies for circuit breakers and parts orders according to detailed company specifications and work orders.
Get Technical: Perform basic electrical connections based on diagrams and specs, ensuring everything is prepped for shipment, including applying sealants and packaging securely.
Master Your Tools: Use a variety of hand and power tools to create high-quality assemblies, following technical drawings, mechanical blueprints, and bills of materials.
Inspect & Perfect: Inspect subassemblies and assemblies for defects using specialized equipment and correct any issues to ensure top-notch quality.
Be a Mitsubishi Ambassador: Learn and discuss our Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policies, ensuring you understand their importance and impact on your work.
What Were Looking For
Mechanical Enthusiast: Whether from work experience or hobbies, youve got a knack for using tools and enjoy putting things together.
Education: High school diploma or GED, plus at least two years of work experience or equivalent education.
Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills are a plus.
Safety-Minded: Ready to complete necessary safety training to operate machinery and equipment like forklifts and cranes.
Physically Capable: Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds, navigating ladders, and working at heights for various tasks.
