CNC Lathe Machinists –
- Machine a variety of brass and stainless-steel products on CNC lathes.
- There are a variety of machines and operations and our associates move to different machines depending on the work load.
- Previous experience performing job set-ups and multiple tooling changes.
- Use of hand, air, and power tools. Experience with and use of micrometers.
- Maintaining quality standards and performing and documenting quality control audits on parts.
- Ablility to read and understand written work instructions, bill of materials and assembly prints in English.
- Achieving and maintaining productivity standards and reworking of product.
- Completing internal documents (shop orders, scrap tickets, inventory forms.)
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 5 years experience operating a CNC Lathe in a fast paced manufacturing environment. ability to lift 10-30 LBS. repeatedly daily and up to 75 LBS. on occasion.
All Associates work the 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday schedule.
Attention to Detail: Must be focused and highly detail oriented.
Skills: Must have previous experience operating 2 or more CNC lathes as run times allow. Several CNC lathes are set up back to back. Candidates Set-up, enter information to program, and trouble/diagnose CNC lathes using Haas and Fanuc controllers (G & M code).
Organized: Maintains a clean and efficient work area.
Attitude: Desire to continue learning new skills and seek more productive approaches. We are continuing to grow and expand and improve our operations.
Team Player: Coachable, quick learner, and able to work effectively within a team.
