Location: Chicago, IL
MEP Resources is looking for an ambitious, hard-working Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work directly alongside the founder and help build a recruiting company from the ground up.
This role will focus on sourcing and recruiting candidates within the engineering, construction, and mission-critical/data center industries.
We are mainly looking for someone with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
• Source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Screen and speak with candidates in the engineering and construction industries
• Learn recruiting, business development, and sales fundamentals
• Help build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and construction roles
• Work directly with leadership on strategy and growth initiatives
• Assist with outreach, scheduling, and candidate management
