Job Responsibilities
- Install HVAC ductwork in new home construction
- Set and install HVAC units (air handlers, furnaces, condensers, heat pumps)
- Run and connect low-voltage and control wiring
- Read and follow plans, layouts, and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades on-site
- Ensure installations meet local building codes and inspection requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous HVAC installation experience in new residential construction
- Knowledge of duct systems, equipment installation, and basic wiring
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical plans
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50, $80,000.00 per year
