Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Active LPN or RN license in good standing
- Three years of nursing experience, including at least one year in long-term care
- CPR certification preferred; active CPR license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Lead and manage nursing staff and operations
- Develop and evaluate staff training programs
- Coordinate resident care and physician interventions
- Monitor clinical quality and resident conditions
