Role: Registered Nurse
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care across diverse patient populations, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Ensure regulatory compliance, assume accountability for patient outcomes, and supervise unlicensed staff in delivering quality care. Contribute to safety and enhance the patient experience.
Qualifications & Skills: Current IL nursing license, BLS/CPR certification required. BSN preferred, with at least 1 year of experience preferred. Strong clinical skills, accountability, and leadership abilities are essential.
Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered care, manage care plans, maintain compliance, guide team members, and promote safety and quality outcomes. The role involves working primarily evening shifts with rotating weekends and no travel required.
