IP Physical Therapist - Therapy Services - Float

Role: A Physical Therapist assesses patients to identify physical impairments caused by injury or disease and develops personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities: Utilize techniques to improve movement, reduce pain, and promote tissue healing, aiming to enhance function and minimize disability. Work primarily with outpatient orthopedic, geriatric, neurologic, and sports therapy populations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program; advanced degrees preferred.
• No prior experience required.
• Demonstrate strong clinical, communication, human relations, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently.
• Engaged in ongoing professional development through continuing education.
  
  

Licensure/Certifications: Active Missouri Physical Therapy license; BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
