We’re hiring an Account Executive who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. You’ll own the full sales cycle, working directly with founders and operators to understand their needs and position Meow’s financial stack as a core part of their infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who thrives on autonomy, high-velocity execution, and building relationships from first touch to close.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close
- Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Run discovery calls to understand customer business models and financial needs
- Clearly articulate Meow’s value proposition across accounts, cards, and reporting
- Manage pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting
- Drive urgency and momentum across deals in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with account management, onboarding, and compliance teams to ensure smooth handoffs
- Continuously refine messaging and sales playbooks as an early team member
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or adjacent industries
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable running calls and closing deals independently
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance
Compensation
The expected OTE for this role is $200,000 – $220,000, including base and commission. Base salary varies based on experience, skills, market factors and internal pay parity. Total compensation may also include equity and additional benefits depending on the position offered and location.
This is a high-autonomy role where you’ll directly impact company growth. You’ll work with innovative, early-stage startups and gain exposure to complex financial workflows and global operations. Because of the pace and responsibility, you’ll develop quickly, building skills in sales strategy, deal execution, and stakeholder management in a foundational role.
