Job Description
We are hiring Community Outreach Representatives to work directly in the Bronx, helping local residents access free services such as food assistance, housing resources, and community programs using FindHelp.
This is a street-based role. You will be standing in busy areas, speaking with people, and helping them sign up on the spot.

Responsibilities
- Engage with people in high-traffic areas (streets, shopping areas, transit hubs)
- Explain available free services clearly and quickly
- Assist individuals with signing up through FindHelp using a phone or tablet
- Collect and enter basic information accurately
- Meet daily and weekly sign-up targets
- Track and report your activity
Requirements
- Comfortable speaking to strangers and working outdoors
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Sales, canvassing, or outreach experience is a plus (not required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation & Incentives
