We seek an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team!
Schedule:
- LPN - Per Diem (PRN status) / on call days or nights as needed from 7a - 7p OR 7p - 7a / holidays and weekends / Shift differential for nights and OT rate for holidays worked
The experience candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Minimum of (2) years of experience as in a mental health environment.
- Able to work the schedule as above noted for each role.
- Background in home health, ER acute care and residential treatment preferred.
- Able to pass a AHCA level 2 background check.
Duties include:
- Medication administration
- Daily nursing assessment to evaluate physical health and mental health, including risk to self/other
- Documentation in EMR of medication compliance, assessment results, and physician orders
- Milieu Management: assisting guests with self-regulation and maintaining safety
- Participation in treatment team; collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to include Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, ARNPs, and Mental Health Therapists.
Job Status: PT / PRN
Pay: $25 - $35/hour (depending on position and experience)

License: Active FL LPN (REQUIRED)
