Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) PT - Day or Evening

We are Harmony Hills Behavioral Health (HHBH), a longstanding residential treatment facility serving adults with primary mental health disorders, in central Florida. We are in Altoona, FL, less than one hour North of Orlando. Our serene, rural setting allows guests to heal away from the stresses of everyday life. We seek an experienced Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team! 

Schedule:

• Behavioral Health Technician - PT status - schedule #1 (Days / Saturday & Sunday) - 7:00a - 3:00p OR
• BHT - PT status - schedule #2 (Evenings / Sunday & Monday) - 3:00p - 11:00p

The experience BHT should meet the following minimum requirements:

• Minimum of (2) years of experience as a BHT in a mental health environment. 
• Able to work the schedule as above noted for each role. 
• Behavioral Health experience required.
• Background in home health, ER acute care and residential treatment preferred.
• Able to pass a AHCA level 2 background check. 

Job Status: PT / PRN

Pay: $15 - $17/hour

Medical Specialty: Psychiatry, Behavioral, Dual Diagnosis

Education: H.S. Diploma

Experience: Behavioral Health 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person

Ability to Commute: Altoona, FL 32702 (Required)
