Business Hours
Monday - Tuesday: 8:00 - 5:30 PM
Wednesday - Thursday: 8:00 - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 - 1:00 PM
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist the client in attaining or maintaining successful community tenure by providing direct services to mentally ill clients and their families, caregivers or significant others.(Examples of tasks: assistance with activities of daily living, support services, facilitating meeting of basic needs, information sharing, monitoring and transportation)
· Documentation of services as required by the Mental Health Center, Alabama Medicaid Agency, Department of Mental Health and other regulatory bodies.
CRITICAL TASKS: Assisting clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.06 - $13.94 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
