Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, prioritize patient wellness, model proficiency through precepting, and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. Practice in perioperative, PACU, or Operating Room settings, adhering to evidence-based care standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Current CO RN license or eNLC privileges, minimum 1 year of experience, BLS certification, ACLS certification, and experience with orthopedic surgeries preferred.
Key Duties: Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, support team-based outcomes, foster a culture of learning and safety, and model professional practice standards. Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment.
