Role: The Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.
Responsibilities: Develops personalized treatment plans, implements therapy techniques, operates equipment, assesses patient progress, documents outcomes, collaborates with healthcare professionals, educates patients and caregivers, maintains safety standards, and participates in quality initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid Physical Therapy license, current BLS certification, strong clinical and communication skills, critical thinking, and physical ability to perform therapy duties. Experience preferred but new grads are welcome.
Key Duties: Conducts patient evaluations, creates and adjusts treatment plans, uses specialized equipment, documents care, collaborates with medical team, and educates patients on recovery strategies.
