Key Responsibilities Include

• Providing comprehensive outpatient therapy services, including patient assessment, individualized care plans, evidence-based interventions, education, and discharge planning.
• Specializing in both general outpatient and pelvic floor therapy, utilizing specialized assessment techniques and targeted interventions such as muscle training and manual therapy.
• Managing administrative duties like documentation, billing, and scheduling to ensure full caseload coverage.
• Communicating effectively with team members, supervising support staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams and referring physicians for optimal outcomes.
