- Administering medications, preparing patients for procedures, and documenting care
- Ensuring patient safety, infection control, and advocating for patient needs
- Managing multiple patients, prioritizing care, and facilitating discharge planning
- Maintaining compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards
- One year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS certification
- Critical thinking, strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform clinical duties and work effectively with diverse teams
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and using PC tools
- NIHSS and ACLS certifications
