We are seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing functions.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, design treatment strategies, deliver direct patient care, supervise support staff and students, and support departmental activities related to patient care and education.
Qualifications: Must hold a Master's degree in speech pathology, current Indiana state license, and certification from ASHA or eligibility. BLS certification is required. Advanced life support may be needed based on department policies.
Preferred Skills: At least 6 months of experience in acute inpatient rehab, strong attention to detail, and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
