Responsibilities: Partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to translate data, workflow, and reporting needs into practical solutions; lead EHR change initiatives, especially involving Epic enhancements and ePRO implementation; analyze and redesign clinical workflows; develop operational and analytical processes; ensure data integration and reporting accuracy; serve as a subject matter expert in analytics and informatics tools; apply change management methodologies; perform quality assurance testing; maintain documentation; develop training programs; and act as a liaison among stakeholders to communicate needs and updates.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Public Health, Nursing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, or informatics, preferably with Epic EHR.
- Preferred: Master’s degree and 5 years of supporting large, cross-functional healthcare initiatives.
- Strong analytical, systems thinking, change management, and communication skills.
- Experience with clinical workflow analysis, system implementation, training, and quality assurance.
- Ability to coordinate complex projects and translate technical solutions into operational practices.
