Role: Registered Nurse providing direct patient care in accordance with organizational policies, implementing and monitoring care plans, and serving as a primary coordinator for multidisciplinary team efforts.
- Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, documenting data, communicating updates, and carrying out physician and nursing orders.
- Conduct initial, re-assessment, and focused assessments considering physiological, psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
- Identify patient problems, set measurable goals, develop care plans, and coordinate discharge planning with healthcare team members.
- Implement nursing care, ensure patient safety, administer medications, provide treatments, educate patients and families, and document care activities.
- Continuously evaluate patient response and modify care plans accordingly, managing care transitions from admission to discharge.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and a valid Arizona Nursing License or eligible for licensure within 30 days.
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience and BLS certification; preferred: BSN, ACLS, PALS, NRP.
- Strong clinical judgment, care coordination, delegation, supervision, prioritization, and communication skills.
