Qualifications And Skills
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred
- Minimum two years of acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course within six months of hire
- Current RN license in Nevada
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (adults), PALS (pediatrics), or NRP (neonatal), plus any additional required by the department
- Successful completion of pre-employment assessments
- Ability to float to multiple facilities as required
- Provide patient-centered nursing care
- Lead and support healthcare team members
- Adhere to service excellence standards
