Manage multiple projects, often exceeding $50M, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance. Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders, provide updates, lead risk management, and develop internal standards and innovative delivery methods. Work independently on complex projects, including large-scale initiatives over $100M, and coordinate with authorities and finance teams for strategic planning.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred; equivalent technical training considered. Extensive experience in healthcare construction, especially wet and computational labs, with 18 years for bachelor’s degree holders. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Ability to operate autonomously and handle high-risk, complex projects.
